MCA has a wide variety of applications and it's scope in India is also really good, because India is moving towards development in IT sector and Indian IT industry prefer B.Tech CSE and MCA for application development and maintenance roles. So, it's a good choice to go for MCA.

If you interested in the managerial field should go for MBA, because you mentioned your programming skill is not strong. Also, you can join digital marketing training programme (2 or 3 months) with an internship. Because, digital marketing is a booming career option. Well, generally an arts student can opt for BCA even, if he has not studied Maths earlier, but I am not sure about the Reva University, so you should contact the admission department of the Reva University.

BCA is the graduation degree of Bachelor's computer applications, and for that you need to pursue 10+ 2 with minimum of 50% in your PUC. So, I think you are not eligible.
