Pursuing MBA after completing BBA is better. My suggestion is to pursue MBA in IT after completing BBA in IT.

Both are totally different streams. BCA is an IT based professional course and BBA is a management based professional course. Now, if you want to do MBA, BBA is the best way for you because MBA is also a vast management course.

I think BCA would be a better option but to get jobs in some of the reputed IT Companies, only BCA is not enough. You need to go for a Post Graduation degree such as MCA, M.Sc IT, M.Sc CS, MBA IT, etc.

BCA graduates are employed by small and medium size IT companies as developers and testers. BCA graduates can also join IT departments of enterprises. They can move to large IT companies and MNCs after few years of experience.

BCA is IT based course, so I think if you go for MBA in IT, you will get more success.
