1. B.Tech CSE &get; specialized in IT by complete an certificate/diploma course on IT.
2. B.Sc CS &get; M.Sc CS &get; certificate/diploma on IT.
3.BCA &get; MCA.
4.B.Sc IT &get; M.Sc IT.
I always prefer 1st one that's mean B.Tech and then specialization in IT.
**mentioned certificate/diploma course only for specialization and to be more valuable. not mandatory.**

MBA has a broader scope having to fulfill the responsibilities at the managerial levels. If you have the gift of doing well as a team member and leader and manage people well, an MBA might be a better option for you.
There are different ways of admission in MBA. Some institutes prefer CAT/XAT/ MAT scores only for admission to MBA course. And to appear for CAT/XAT/MAT etc student needs to have 50% in graduation. But eligibility criteria varies for various Management Institutes or Universities, they can take different %age in graduation along with CAT/ MAT/ XAT scores.
