It's better to do BCA from a reputed college. Every reputed college offer better placement opportunities.

Shubham, BCA is a good platform for higher studies as well as competitive exams so, surely after it you will be eligible for competitive exams like PCS, IAS etc.
These days, some universities even offer integrated/ dual BCA-MCA degree which saves students from the pressure of entrance tests as well as find colleges for higher studies.

BCA is Bachelor's in Computer Application. So ofcourse it is a Bachelor or graduation degree. And you are eligible for all the graduation level exams after BCA

If you want to plan your career as studies after your graduation, go for B.Tech rather than degree courses, because the eligibility is same after the studies but B.Tech have a great scope, subject and practical knowledge than normal degree and this is also useful for your future studies in Canada.
