There are numerous career options. It is just dependent upon your interest as you said your programming skills are not good. You have other options as well, you can do master in any field but the thing is that it just depends upon your interest and eligibility criteria so for now you need to know your interest and pursue that course.

It depends on the career plan that you want to opt for. You can opt for B.Com or BBA. It is always good to do some relevant courses along with this.
