If you are planning to be an application developer, you must do courses on both Oracle and .NET.

In terms of salary, LLB is better.
BCA only fetches you entry-level jobs in the industry while after completing LLB course, you can go for further specialisations, and after you complete the Master's degree, you can become a judge as well. There are a lot of law firms coming up these days, so definitely you can get hired.
Now, it also depends on you that from which college you want to pursue this course. The college needs to have good infrastructure, faculty, and placement assistance.

It depends on your interest and the stream you opted in class 12th. If you want to make your career in commerce field, then B.Com is the best choice.
If you want to make your career in the science field, opt for B.Sc.
You can also opt for courses like BBA and BCA.
BBA is more of management and BCA is computer stream.

With BCA, you can only get entry level software engineers job in small and medium size IT companies or IT department of business enterprises. Large Indian IT companies/MNCs prefers engineers/MCA over BCA for development roles. Unless you do MCA, you will have difficulty in getting a good high paying job.

You can do BCA by distance education even after six years of gap. You may evaluate distance education universities and make your choice.

If you are technically inclined and want to pursue career in technology then MCA is very good career option. However if you want to have management career in IT industry then MBA will be the right option. Among various specializations, MBA IT will be aligned with your BCA qualification. MBA IT will prepare you for Pre-Sales support, Account Management and Business Analysis in IT industry. But you will compete with normal MBA from good colleges for these roles. At the start of career MBA IT is better paid then MCA but in long run both careers are equally good and paying.

Bachelor of computer application is the best if you have interest and good memory. It is an easy course and you should study well.

As per current process on website, there is no restriction on applying for MCA under different categories. CET code for lateral entry is 163 and for regular MCA CET code is 105. You may have to apply for both CET separately and also appear for separate entrance examinations. However, one query to admission office of GGSIPU will provide exact clarification.

Students who have completed/completing degree B.Sc / B.Sc(Hons)/ BCA/ BIT of 3 years from open universities are eligible to apply for NIMCET provided their programme is approved by UGC /AICTE and Distance Education Council (DEC) of Govt. of India. You may check whether your BCA degree meets the eligibility criteria.
