-Master of Commerce in Computer Oriented Business Application
If you wish to work first before opting post graduate course then you may seek employment in public and private sectors, banking, insurance, accounting, stock markets, e-commerce and marketing.
You can also opt for teaching jobs in universities and colleges. You may work as :
-Auditors
-Book Keepers
-Budget Analysts
-Finance Managers
-Teacher/lecturer
-Marketing Managers
-Business Consultants

Yes, pursuing MCA after BCA is a good career option.
For being eligible to apply for MCA, you have to have mathematics as one of the subjects at 10+2 level or statistics as one of the subjects at graduation level. If you fulfil these criteria you are eligible for MCA.
As far as other information regarding MCA is concerned, we would like to state that most of the entrance tests are conducted in April or May. Notifications are out in January or February. Both the institutes mentioned by you are equally good and thus it will be very difficult to tell which one will be the best option. However, we can help you with the parameters that you can keep in mind while choosing an institute among the two. You can consider the below parameters :
1) Faculty,
2) Affiliation / Recognition
3) Course Material,
4) Quality Education,
5) Fees
6) Infrastructure
7) Success Rate.
8) Placement
9) Top recruiting companies.
Also, if possible go through the alumni speak section to get an idea what the alumni thinks about the institute.
