Hello Abshishek, In terms of resources, reach, reputation, contacts with industry etc. Deemed to be universities are miles ahead of private engineering colleges. Hence without any doubts I will say that deemed to be universities are better.

No, you cannot. Eligibility and Selection Procedure for BCA in Bundelkhand University is to pass 10+2 Science with Maths with 45% marks.
Selection Process: Merit in Qualifying Exam.

B.Tech CSE/IT is a better choice as Indian Industry (IT) prefer them more than BCA/MCA. They are offered better package and bulk of them are recruited through campusing every year.
