No and B.ed is not required if you want to be a computer teacher. to teach traditional subject you should do major in that subject only Such as BA English, BA B.Sc Mathematics, BA History, BA Geography etc. There is no computer specialisation in B.Ed hence there is no seat for BCA graduates

BCA course have only system programming, If you are interested in Mobile app designing You need to join the specialization course on that from any training institutes.

Computer engineering doesn't only include the computers but also various subjects that are directly or indirectly related to computers. It has a better scope and a vast syllabus that will help you to learn it more briefly. I would suggest you to choose engineering.
