Admission process for MCA course might be different for every university but generally universities keep that at 60% in your graduation. Moreover coming to some good colleges you can opt for central universities like AMU, Jamia etc. Also there are private universities which offer quality education and practical exposure to the students.

Commerce without maths doesn't limit your options. You still have some very good choices like BCA - a very placement oriented course, BBA, BA. Also all the modern non-traditional courses don't have such eligibility criteria of maths.
If you believe in yourself you can go for these courses. Some good universities to suggest
