Yes you can apply for Bed after bca but since 2014 b.ed programme duration is 2 years so those who follow the rules of NCTE they dont offer you b.ed for 1 year duration.

BCA eligibility is +2 from recognised board of education. Majority of Institutes conduct entrance examination for admission to BCA degree course.

Totally depends on the college u r applying for.
some college take admissions before 12th result as their main motive is "MONEY"
SO DONT TAKE ADMISSION IN ANY COLLEGE BEFORE YOUR 12TH RESULTS
