Yes, you can because maths is not necessary to be eligible for doing BCA from IGNOU.

To be eligible for IBPS and other banking exams, you only need a graduate degree. It doesn't matter in which course you enrolled. But in my view, BCA will be a good choice for you.

The average fee for this three-year duration undergraduate course is between INR 30,000 to 1 lakh. Different colleges have a different fee structure. Kindly visit the administrative office or admission in-charge, they will give you the full information about fee structure and other details.

Yes, GLS is a good choice for you. GLS also provides placement opportunities for BCA course but all things depend upon your skills. To get a better opportunity, you need to be more focused on skills and knowledge.

Yes, you can apply for the program. You should have 50% marks in 12th class irrespective of stream you had, and as you have 54% marks, you are eligible to apply.

Masters in technology {M.Tech} computer science course can be pursued by B.Tech students or students having M.Sc in computer science. After BCA it's not possible. But MCA is also a good option for getting into IT jobs. You can also pursue MBA if you want to pursue your career in the management field.
I would like to recommend Vellore Institute for MCA and Doon Business School for MBA program as its ROI is impressive.
