If you really want to do good in computers and want to be a true software engineer then go for b.tech in computer science and engineering from a good technical college. it will take 4 years and you will have good practical / lab exposure of different programming languages and operating systems. the placement chances will be high too as compared to bca course. math weakness is not an obstacle in your engg study as it is studied for 1 or 2 semesters only out of total 8 semester. so check out your other options too as engg will be somehow costlier than bca but it will helpful for you to develope a scientific approach towards life. best of

You need to give GRE exam before you can apply to any university abroad. your GRE score will tell which college you can get abroad. There is one more program that is in demand these days and the M.eng. you can have M. eng as an option too.

You must be a Certified Ethical Hacker to be professional in this area. If you don't have networking knowledge suggest you to start with A+ certification or CCNA. This will give you the basic hold of the domain. Always go for EC Council (International Council of Electronic Commerce Consultants) Certified courses. They have training partners in India as well. To decide on the course, you should analyse your strengths, career goals, interests, personality, aptitude and ability. If you decide based on these parameters you will put in your best effort and will be successful in your chosen field.
Also, now a days, banks are leasing education loans at a reasonable interest rate and there are some institutes that have a provision of management quota.

You require 50% in aggregate with mathematics as one of the subjects for BCA with most of the colleges. Some universities like DU hv a higher criteria - 60% in mathematics and 55% in other subjects.
