If you are able to get chance to pursue B.Tech then I would advise B.Tech is a better Choice. To pursue B.Tech you need to go through entrance exam I.e. JEE etc.

That will depend on overall experience but initially companies didn't offer much to bca student . Higher education like MCA with MBA will the good combination to achieve your goal in terms of salary and profile too.
