Yes, you can go for BCA, and do not worry if you aren't good at mathematics. I do not know about the good colleges in Chennai, so you can find them yourself.

In India, tuition fees for BCA is quite low in almost all the colleges, it is in the range of $1500 to $3000 for three years course. Obviously, better colleges charge towards higher end.
