Yes it is possible for you to switch over to hotel management field. It is always advisable to pursue a course which interests you. Also you will be able to excel in your career only if you have the required skills in the field chosen.
There are courses like Post Graduate Diploma in Accommodation Operations & Management offered by IHM Pusa, Post Graduate Diploma in Hotel Management course in ann Institute of Hotel Management for which you are eligible to apply after graduation. You can also pursue MBA course in travel and hospitality management for better career prospects.

I could tell you to search the youtube for 'best animation faculty' or 'best animation institute'. However these are only some of the methods of shortlisting. There is no such authentic one list of institutes that i can give you. All institute branches have same curriculum, like all states in India follow the same constitution. By same comparison all state progress differently and after a certain time the gap becomes huge. You could do well to create a list of places you may want to learn at, whether they are in your city or not. Then go to their websites and research about them, and even call them and talk to them. Try their website for more details. Typically go for a school which offers all the information including faculty on their website. Now shortlist some you want to visit. Do not hesitate to travel - this is about your life and career. After visiting those take a decision for yourself. Hello Siddharth26279! as you have scored a good percentage in class 10th, now without wasting any more time you should focus more on your class 12th boards exams. As far as Undergraduate course is being concerned, if you are really passionate about I.T and Technology, you must go for B.tech ( Computer Science or I.T. ).
Scope and Job Prospects: Quality engineers are in high demand everywhere and in every sector whether banking, manufacturing or aviation, whether within our borders or abroad, as the growth pace of this industry is consistently high. India is a particularly important outsourcing hub for clients from UK or the US. There's plenty of jobs for everyone in posts such as:
graduate engineer trainee,
junior software engineers/programmers
software trainee engineers
research analysts
The B.Tech is more job-focused while a BCA is a good platform for higher studies.

Deepak, I am not sure how good you are with maths and programming. If you are, then you must pick up Programming and take a language whether PHP/ HTML5 (web dev), .Net (for software dev) Java/ Android (for apps) or C#/ Unity (for games). However like i mentioned, you must be good with programming to move ahead in this area since you have to compete with MCAs and BTech(CS) applicants. So choose your internship/ industrial training very carefully. Do not just go for the cheapest to save money. See the IT company's credentials on the net. for example if someone provide LIVE PROJECTS are they there near the TOP on PORTALS like JUSTDIAL? Or if the company is registered with STPI (Software Technology Parks of India) - all good IT companies are registered with STPI. If a company spends money to market themselves to customers, only then they are able to get LIVE PROJECTS. Also, if you are an average programmer, and if you you're better with creative work, then you can head for web design or even vfx/ animation since there is a huge requirement coming up in that domain.
