Because in this you will get more technical and practical knowledge as well as you will gain practical experience
Only thing you have to keep in mind that to select a good institution

That will depend on overall experience but initially companies didn't offer much to bca student . Higher education like MCA with MBA will the good combination to achieve your goal in terms of salary and profile too.

Rejoining in Bachelor course is possible but I would suggest you to go for any professional Masters or Diploma course in computers, networking, management, hotel management, hospital management, etc.

I don't think that BCA is available outside India. You can find so many options like BS in Computer Science, Software development, IT and Networking etc. Mathematics is important for computer based subjects at least at high school level.

B.Tech and BE are same. First, it was known as Bachelors of engineering and now it is called as Bachelors of technology.

While USA requires you to have a 4 years or equivalent degree to pursue Masters in USA, you may have a couple of universities which may take you for you with BCA provided you have good academic grades, GRE, TOEFL & string letter of references. There are many universities which may get the WES evaluation done for your Bachelors to get it comparable to their under grad.
