BBA stands for Bachelor of Business Administration and BCA stands for Bachelor of Computer Applications. Both these courses are Graduation level courses. The duration of both the courses is 3 years. BCA course is technical oriented, which is a computer related subjects or technical subjects. Student has good number of job opportunities in various IT companies soon after the completion of BCA course. BBA involves variety of subjects which are related to business and management oriented. Anyone who has completed 10+2 or its equivalent is eligible to take admission in BCA from IGNOU. There is no age limit for admission that means you can take admission at any age!

Post BCA you can opt for the following programs:
Master of Computer Applications (MCA)
Masters Degree in Information Management (MIM)
Masters in Computer Management (MCM)
Post Graduate programme in Corporate Studies (PGPCS)
Information Security Management (ISM)
Master of Business Administration (MBA)
there are lots of job opportunities after BCA
like web development, web designing, cloud computing, ror development etc.

BCA or Bachelor of Computer Application is a 3-year undergraduate programme in computer applications which is often seen as equivalent to BE or B.Tech in Computer Science. BCA course focuses on preparing students for roles pertaining to Computer Applications and IT industry and helps a student develop programming skills, networking skills and learn application packages, programming languages and modern techniques of Information technology. BCA should be sufficient to teach you important basics regarding computer applications and programming skills. There is no need to study an additional computer course.
