All depends on your effort if you study well it won't be hard for you. As you said that you had CS in class 12th, that will come handy as you will be a level ahead of most in computers.

Doing MBA after BCA, according to me, is a good option because by pursuing MBA, you will be studying a lot about management and you already studied and gained sufficient knowledge about IT and Technology from BCA. So, as per my understanding, doing MBA is a good option. Rest is all upon you.

There are many colleges such as BITS-Pilani, BITS-Goa, NITs, etc. To get admission in NITs, you need to take NIMCET. For BITS, BITCET is there. You need to clear the cut-off.

Yes, you are eligible if you have maths as a subject in your class 12th.The general eligibility criteria to be eligible for BCA is that you must have completed your Higher Secondary (+2) Examination or equivalent (Diploma degree), with a minimum of 50% marks in total and also having Mathematics as a subject in the qualifying examination.
