* Eligibility Criteria :
To pursue BCA, candidates need to pass 12th standard with at least 50% in any stream with Mathematics as a compulsory subject. If you fulfill the criteria mentioned above, then you may apply for the course.

Dear sree, yes this will affect your career for top MNC but there will be no problem for some Local firms to recruit you. Once you gain some 3-4 years experience then no one will pay attention to your gap.
Well you haven't mentioned whether you were doing diploma or degree in engineering.
If Diploma them I would request you to complete your diploma and then enroll directly in II year of BCA
If Degree then if possible try to complete it . If not possible then don't think about things which are out of your hand.
go for BCA, whether MNC will consider your gap or not , that should not end your career and further study. There is no end of studying.
Go for BCA if Completing engineering is not possible.
BCA then MSc (2 Years ) then MTech (You will be again on your engineering track)
