BDS Eligibility

You could be eligible for BDS, MNS, BAMS, BHMS, or BNYS courses at government colleges in West Bengal with 440 marks in NEET 2024. • BDS eligibility criteria

In India, for admission to BDS courses, it is mandatory for student to qualify for a 10 + 2 exam or an equivalent degree with at least 50% from a recognised institution. They must also qualify for the NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test). For the Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) program, candidates must hold a BDS degree from a recognised dental institution and meet the additional criteria set by the college and relevant authorities.

The eligibility criteria for BDS programme offered by ITS Dental Collge Hospital and Research Centre :

-The candidate must have passed the higher secondary examination .

-The student must have obtained 50% marks in PCB and must have qualifing marks in english.

To be eligible for admission to the BDS programme at the Army College of Dental Sciences (ACDS). you must meet the following criteria:

Academic qualifications

You must have passed your 10+2 or 12th grade with a minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English for the General category, and 40% for SC/ST/OBC.

NEET-UG

You must have qualified for NEET-UG by scoring the minimum qualifying percentage.

Age

You must be at least 17 years old at the time of admission, or turn 17 by December 31st of the year you are admitted

 Telangana NEET is also allowed 

To be eligible for admission to the BDS programme at Army College of Dental Sciences, you must have completed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (includes Botany and Zoology) with a minimum of 50% aggregate and qualify the NEET entrance exam. The admission is based on your NEET rank.

The eligibility criteria for the Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) programme at the Army College of Dental Sciences (ACDS) is one shoud have completed her 10+2 or its equivalent, it should consists of the subjects- Chemistry, Physics, Biology (Botany and Zoology). And also one should have minimum 60% in every subject. One should go through NEET counselling to get admission.
