BDS Eligibility

To be eligible for the Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) programme at Bharati Vidyapeeth Dental College and Hospital in Navi Mumbai, Bharati Vidyapeeth, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Be an Indian citizen

Have scored at least 50% in the 10+2 qualifying examination

Have passed a recognised Higher/Senior Secondary Examination or the Indian School Certificate Examination equivalent to 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology

Eligibility criteria typically include passing the 12th grade examination with a minimum aggregate score in subjects like Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.Additionally, candidates usually need to qualify in a relevant entrance exam such as NEET.

The admission manner normally includes an entrance examination observed by way of counseling sessions.

For the BDS programme at Dasmesh Institute of Research and Dental Sciences, one should have done his/her senior secondary study from a recognised school with atleast 50% of aggregate marks. The exams accepted for BDS programme at Dasmesh Institute of Research and Dental Sciences are NEET and Punjab NEET. 

In order to be eligible to apply for the BDS program, candidates must have secured at least 50% Marks in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology at 10+2. Admission to BDS at Coorg Institute of Dental Sciences is done on the basis of rank secured in NEET UG. The institute offers a total of 40 Seats for BDS.

In order to be eligible for the course, the student must attain a minimum of 50% in the 10+2 qualifying examination. Candidates have to pass a recognised Higher/Senior Secondary Examination or the Indian School Certificate Examination equivalent to 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology.

Candidates must have passed the 10+2 examination or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as compulsory subjects and must have obtained a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology in the 10+2 examination and also have qualified the NEET. 

The eligibility criteria for the BDS programme offered by Thai Moogambigai Dental College and Hospital is that you must have scored minimum 50% aggregate in their 10+2 examination under the Physics/Chemistry/Biology stream. 

For admission in a BDS programme at Saraswati Dental College, it is crucial that the aspirant fulfills the course-specific eligibility criteria. Thus, only the asiprants who have passed Class 12 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English are eligible for admission. In addition, student must pass NEET UG entrance exam. Candidate must also hold the Class 12 mark sheet during application form filling and at the time of admission for verification purposes.

Candidates who have passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English with a minimum of 50% marks taken together (40% marks for SC/ ST/ OBC) can apply for Geetanjali University BDS programme. Besides,  Candidate shall complete the age of 17 years on or before Dec 31 of the year of admission to apply for admission.
