Tamil Nadu has over 9 best BFA colleges. Out of these, 2 are privately owned, 5 colleges are owned by public government organizations and 1 college is owned by public-private entities.
Institute of Distance Education, University of Madras, Annamalai University, Alagappa University, SASTRA (Deemed to be University), Government College of Fine Arts, Kalai Kaviri College of Fine Arts, Annamalai University Distance Education are some of the top BFA colleges in Tamil Nadu.
