While filling out the BIT MCA application form, the candidates will be able to select their choice of campuses for admission. The candidates have to select a maximum of three campuses, in the order of preference in the application form. It is important to make the selection in the order of preference as it will be considered during allotment. Candidates will be selected based on their preferences, performance in entrance examination and online interview.

If the BIT MCA application form correction facility is made available, then the candidates will be able to edit/correct their previously submitted details. However, not all information will be available for corrections. Basic information such as name, email address, mobile number, category, etc., will likely not be open for changes. Therefore, the candidates are advised to check these details carefully before submission of the application form.

No. The candidates will not be able to pay the BIT MCA application fee offline. The authorities will only accept online fee payment. The BIT MCA application fee has to be paid online i.e., through net banking/credit card/debit card. Only those candidates who successfully pay the application fee will be considered eligible to participate in the entrance examination and admission process.

The authorities have announced the BIT MCA eligibility criteria. Before commencing the application process, the candidates are advised to check the BIT MCA eligibility criteria. To be eligible for BIT MCA admission, the candidates should have a degree in BCA/BSc in Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics or BSc with Mathematics or Statistics as one of the subjects at the graduate level. A minimum score of 55% for the general and 50% marks for the reserved category has to be secured in BCA. Candidates with BSc Honours must have a minimum of 55% (50% for SC/ST/PwD) marks on average in their Honours subject.

Before commencing the BIT MCA registration process, there are certain personal documents that the candidates should keep ready for reference. Some of the important documents to be kept ready are the candidate's academic certificates i.e., 10th standard marksheet, 12th standard marksheet, etc. Personal documents such as Aadhaar card, address proof, parent's income certificates and more should also be kept ready. This will help the candidates to smoothly fill out and submit the BIT MCA application form.

BIT MCA 2025 application form was released online. Candidates were able to access the BIT MCA application form 2025 and fill it out to participate in the entrance examination and admission process. The BIT MCA 2025 application form last date was extended until May 15, 2025. After the final date, the authorities did not accept any applications. Candidates were advised to check the BIT MCA 2025 application form dates carefully to know the updated schedule.

Yes, BIT Sindri offer seat reservation in the BTech course to some of the category candidates. In order to avail a reserved seat, candidates have to submit a valid caste certificate or EWS certificate. The claims of reservation may be refunded if the submitted certificate is not valid or in proper format. Moreover, there are a total of 968 seats for BTech and BTech (lateral) at the institute. This seat count is as per the official website/sanctioning body. It is still subject to changes and hence, is indicative. Also, the mentioned reservation details are as per multiple unofficial sources and hence, is indicative.
