If you wish to pursue M.Tech after B.Tech then Thapar University would be the best. You can also opt for IIIT - Bhubaneswar.

You may do software testing from IACT Global Education.

For hostel and transport fees, you should check with the college as it is not available on the university website.

Both the colleges are good and have good placements. But, ITER - Bhubaneshwar is better. If you are getting admission into this college, then go for it.

IIIT - G is a better option amongst both of them.
