Uttaranchal College is definitely a good one. Infrastructure wise there are many other good colleges but subject wise Uttaranchal College is good choice. Student and teacher interactions are good. Their prosthodontics department is growing exponentially good. They get good points for prestige. Career wise it's a good option.
