Admission to BTech (all specialisations) is based on the scores of a recognised national-level/ state-level entrance exam, failing which candidates will have to appear for an entrance test conducted by School of Biotechnology and Bioinformatics, D Y Patil (deemed-to-be) university, Navi Mumbai.

A graduate student having completed three years Science degree course in Biotechnology /Bioinformatics/ Life sciences / Zoology / Botany / Chemistry / Microbiology / Applied Biology / Biochemistry / Genetics with minimum 50% marks.
