Hello, Biological Science was removed by IIT Kanpur in 2020. So, it might be discontinued in 2021 as well. But till now no official notification has been released regarding this. You can take IIT JAM Exam in Biotechnology subject. IIT JAM Exam is one of the toughest exams conducted in India. So, prepare yourself well for it. Yes, you are eligible for master course in botany. Like M.Sc. In botany eligibility is Bachelors Degree in Sciences with subjects Botany, Zoology and Chemistry or other subjects in the faculty of Life Sciences/Biological sciences with minimum 50% marks (45% marks for SC/ST students).
