Yes, yes you can. IIT JAM Admission 2018 has been started from 03rd April 2018 and will end on 17th April 2018. Check the complete IIT JAM Admission Procedure here:

Admission in the academic programmes will be made on the basis of the merit list of JAM 2018. Only those candidates who have cleared any one of the two test papers are eligible to apply for IIT JAM Admission in academic programmes and they must satisfy the minimum educational qualification and eligibility criteria specified by the institutes.

Please check for your eligibility to apply for this course from the criteria mentioned below:
Minimum Eligibility to Apply for B.Sc. (Hons.) in Biological Sciences from Presidency University, Kolkata is that candidate should have scored a minimum of 70% marks in class 12 with Mandatory Subjects : Physics, Chemistry. Regards.

Yes, you can. NEET 2018 Exam will be on 06th May 2018. So, not much time left for the preparation. For NEET preparation, you should now only study the most important topics. Solve previous year question papers and take online mock tests. Download previous year NEET Exam Question Papers here:

Focus more on NEET Physics section. This is the most difficult section in NEET Exam. Learn all the formulas as they are the backbone of NEET Physics. Make notes of all the important stuff. This will help you in your last minute preparation.
