If you had mathematics subject in class 12th, then you will be eligible for MCA program from any graduation stream.

As per the eligibility:
A candidate must have either passed or appearing in the 12th or any equivalent examination from a recognized board of education with physics, chemistry and biology/biotechnology as subjects of study. The candidates must also have scored a minimum of 50% marks in 12th and for reserved category students the minimum 45%.
NIOS board students are eligible to appear for NEET exam.
