Biology students can appear for multiple exams after 12th. The exam depends on the course and the institute in which they are interested. The main exam required is the NEET UG exam for admission to MBBS, BDS (Dentistry), BAMS (Ayurveda), and many such courses at AIIMS and other top institutes in India. Students can also appear for CUET-UG for admission to BSc and BMLT at DU or many other institutions. There are many university-specific entrance exams also.
