If you are from Biology background with 50% passing marks in 12th then you are eligible for doing MBBS after biomedical engineering there is no age limit.

Bio Medical Engineering is a part of Electronics and Instrumentation !
80% of the syllabus is made up of Electronics and Math ! Rest is Biology!
PCB students are eligible for Bio Medical Engineering. Only at some private Universities like SRM University and Ramachandra University etc. My kind advice is (If you are not good at math at school do not take the course )
Because that we study most is Signal Processing and Instrumentation in general. Which is a whole a lot of Integration and Differentiation and Trignometry.
