Hi Siddharth, there is no particular cutoff marks or ranks in VITEEE. You can get a seat for biomedical at VIT, Vellore if your rank is less than 5000. If it is more, you may not get it under category 1.

Admission is through counselling based on the rank obtained in Maharashtra Health and Technical Common Entrance Test (MHTCET).

Hi Vaishnavi,
I wonder if you checked the university website till now or not. Perhaps, you should first check to see which are the programs they offer and do they offer biomedical engineering or not. Just for your knowledge, they have a B.Sc program in biomedical material science. The biomedical engineering program is a PG course. Please first see their website and relevant admission requirements on the department's website.
