Biotechnology Eligibility

Here I am sharing the eligibility criteria of Lovely professional university for this programme. For B.Tech. Biotechnology the eligibility criteria is Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, English and Mathematics or Biology or Biotechnology) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU NEST or In case student scored more than or equal to 90% in 10+2, or 90 percentile in JEE Mains, then LPU NEST will be exempted and candidate may apply for admission. For B.Sc. (Hons. ). Biotechnology the eligibility criteria is Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English, Physics, Chemistry and Maths or Biology or Biotechnology) or equivalent
So both could work. But if you have studied PCB that will give you a base for better understanding of the further programme. I am not so aware about ALLMS. Biotechnology is a field of applied biology that involves the use of living organisms and bioprocesses in engineering, technology, medicine and other fields requiring bio products. It aims to deliver high quality courses with strong vocational elements and professional skills development embedded across the curriculum. My brother has done M.Sc. (Hons. ). Biotechnology from Lovely Professional University. He is currently working with Glaxo and this was his campus placement, he always keeps on praising LPU. Eligiblity of this course is Pass with 60% aggregate marks in Bachelors degree (Applied Medical Science or Medical Science or relevant discipline. Few of the major features of this course are :

2. Subject in areas of Cloning, Fermentation Technology and Molecular Biotechnology provide students with the advance knowledge and emerging trends in these areas.
