Yes, your eligible for B.Tech Biotechnology and if your overall score in 10+2 excluding optional subject is 85 then your also eligible for scholarship programme for that you can contact the admission department.

Here I am sharing the eligibility criteria of Lovely professional university for this programme. For B.Tech. Biotechnology the eligibility criteria is Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, English and Mathematics or Biology or Biotechnology) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU NEST or In case student scored more than or equal to 90% in 10+2, or 90 percentile in JEE Mains, then LPU NEST will be exempted and candidate may apply for admission. I am not so aware about ALLMS. Biotechnology is a field of applied biology that involves the use of living organisms and bioprocesses in engineering, technology, medicine and other fields requiring bio products. The eligibility criteria for M.Sc. Biotechnology of St. Xavier's College Mumbai is given below.
Eligibility criteria : B.Sc. Biotechnology (3-year integrated course) degree examination of Mumbai University or any other University recognized as equivalent thereto, with at least 6 units in Biotech (i.e. minimum required for majoring in the subject)
OR With three units in Biotechnology at the T.Y.B.Sc in combination with three units of any other major subject at the T.Y.B.Sc
