It depends upon the course that the one is pursuing from BITS-Pilani, Hyderabad Campus. About the companies, I can just mention that all top-notch companies visit campus for recruitment. But, as a student, I would like to suggest you that you should not be looking at these figures exclusively for evaluating a college for selection. It all depends on how you perform at the course and how much you grasp during the tenure of engineering.
Best wishes.

It's not about how high you score in your 12th standard. For getting direct admission in BITS, you need to be a board topper. Otherwise, you need to appear for BITSAT. However, you have scored really well in 12th, so it would not be very difficult for you to crack BITSAT. Give it a try, you'll make it through.
All the best.

There are only two systems for getting admission in BITS Pilani. One- you need to appear in BITSAT examination, and the other one is- if you are a board topper. Other than these two, there's no way of getting admission at BITS Pilani.
Hope it helps.

I think there is some issue with your evaluation or exam result. I would suggest to immediately mail the entire scenario to the concerned admission office at admnoc@pilani.bits-pilani.ac.in
You must try to reach them over phone and enquire clearly about it. The contact numbers are 01596-242205, 01596-515330.
All the best.

The average placement package for Chemical Engineering students is 7-8 LPA. The companies that come for placements are much renowned like ExxonMobil, Schlumberger, Cairn, UOP Honeywell, etc. The good part is, being a chemical engineer doesn't mean you will only get a chance to work in these companies, but you can also try for IT and consultancy firms in PS-2 and grab a good offer there.
Hope my answer satisfies your query.

Yes, the M.Sc Degree of BITS Pilani is accredited by UGC and after pursuing this you are eligible to write the NET exam. However, the duration of the course is 5 years.
