Hi Sai,
You should be either B.tech, B.E. or masters in other fields(Commerce,Science,Arts etc )to be eligible for MBA at BITS. Moreover this year applications are closed.

Admission criteria - Engineering graduates or Masters in any discipline with atleast 60% in graduation degree.
Fee structure - Exact structure will be communicated later but approxiamtely 6-7 lakhs for 2 years
Placement Record - 8.5lpa average 14.75 highest for the 2014-16 batch and placement process is still underway.

Your Chances are low because of your low CAT percentile and there is no reservation in BITS.

Yes, you can apply to the JEE Mains but you won't get admission to NITs or CFTIs based on your JEE Mains. Even your score card will not be released. If you qualify the criteria for JEE Advanced (top 1% and others) based on your Mains exam, you can give the JEE Advanced.
So, for you, the sole purpose of giving JEE Mains will be to get into IITs and not NITs.
You can apply for BITS Pilani too.
