The admissions is strictly through BITSAT exam only. The other branches are Goa and Hyderabad and also there is an international campus at Dubai. Both are equally good but in my opinion, you should prefer IIT because the placement record of IIT is good. IIT also has a good course curriculum with good infrastructure and good/helping faculties.

For B.Tech from BITS, you must have aggregate percentage of 75 percent in your schooling and you need to clear your BITS entrance exam. Since, you have low marks in your school and chances are low.

BITS do not have or offer MCA in their course offering. You can try for private or BITS, Pilani for MCA.
