First of all, Congrats on getting 94.5% in JEE Mains
Your JEE Main Paper-2 percentile of 94.5% and NATA score of 134 are eligible for B.Arch admissions. However, your Class 12th score of 67.5% may not meet the typical eligibility criteria.
It's important to note that eligibility criteria can vary by institution and may change over time.
It's advisable to contact PVPCOA directly to confirm your eligibility based on your academic credentials and the current admission criteria.

If your improvement result is out in August, it may be too late for the current year's NIT admissions, as the 75% eligibility criteria are typically checked before counseling. You may need to wait until the next JEE Main cycle to meet the eligibility.

Yes, you can appear for both GAT (Graduation Aptitude Test) and EAMCET even if your 12th board exams are not yet completed, but with a few conditions:
GAT Exam: This exam is usually for admissions to B.Tech/B.E. courses in various institutes, and you can apply for it while you are still in 12th. You need to ensure that you meet the eligibility criteria, which typically requires you to have completed your 12th by the time of admission.
EAMCET Exam: You can also appear for EAMCET (Engineering Agricultural and Medical Common Entrance Test) while in 12th, but you must pass your 12th exams with the required marks to be eligible for admission.

From the perspective of the J&K Board, if you qualify the other eligibility requirements, you may apply for admission in TANUVAS (Tamil Nadu Veterinary and Animal Sciences University). BVSc will be primarily offered to students from Tamil Nadu; however, candidates from outside Tamil Nadu may be provided opportunities to apply in case of the availability of seats after local admissions. Each candidate should qualify the TANUVAS entrance exam, and the candidates will be admitted based on a merit list. Please verify the nativity and academic qualifications on their official admission portal.
