No, you will have to complete B.Sc. Geography first. Better pursue Masters in your own subjects. You will have to go through the prospectus of the course provided by the college to know more about the admission procedure, fees, eligibility etc.

No, you can't apply for UGC NET Environmental Science. But if you want to become a researcher or lecturer then you can apply for CSIR NET Earth Sciences. It is an national level entrance test which is conducted for Science stream aspirants to examine the knowledge to holding of the position of assistant professor and research fellow. To appear for the exam you must have minimum 55% aggregate marks for General/OBC category or if you belong to SC/ST/PwD category, then you must have minimum 50% aggregate marks. Candidates securing at least 55% marks in their Masters Degree or equivalent from recognised universities in Humanities (including languages), Social Science, Computer Science and Applications, Electronic Science etc. Are eligible for this test.
