Hi Vaishnavi,
Most universities require a 4 year Bachelor's degree with a very good academic standing usually more than 77%. International applicants must also take the IELTS. The cut-offs vary from university to university. It is better you check the criteria on different university websites as it is of no use giving a general criteria. McMaster University, Western University have good programs in physiotherapy.

Of course you can. NepaL nationalities are allowed to study in India. Most colleges don't even apply foreign national quota for them. You can get a seat easily, either by foreign quota or normal seat. Under Management, you are guaranteed a seat.

Hi Aisha,
Admission based on Competitive Entrance Examination in Andhra Pradesh. Candidates must have passed the 10+2 exam with Chemistry Physics and Biology as subjects or an equivalent exam.
