BPT or Bachelor of Physiotherapy is a four-year undergraduate professional course that deals with the Science of physical movement and channelising it to prevent disability and diseases of movement. Physiotherapy or physical therapy is an allied health profession that helps people increase, maintain or restore their physical mobility, function, and strength. This Science makes use of electrotherapy, evidence-based kinesiology, exercise prescription and shockwave mobility to treat chronic conditions of the bones and soft tissues.

In order to apply for BPT programmes, you will have to pass your 10+2 with at least 50% marks with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as the compulsory subject.

NEET examination is not required for you to get a seat in GS Medical College for BPT. There is a normal eligibility required like 10+2. The fees would be somewhere around 2.4 Lacs. B.Sc. Nutrition and dietetics has more opportunity than B.Sc in Physiotherapy course student. Both the courses are equally good to pursue as a future career what to get a quick stable job in nutrition and dietetics course is the best for future job and placement.

Eligibility criteria is more than 50% in class 12th and Crack the entrance exam. The cutoff varies each year.

Candidate passed 12th/equivalent from any recognized institute/board are also eligible to apply. Bachelor of Physiotherapy is a four and half year full-time course which has four years of classroom study and compulsory six months rotatory internship.
Candidates who have passed 10+2/ HSC or its equivalent qualifying examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology or similar subjects from a recognized Board are considered eligible for admission. Selection of candidates for other UG programs including Diploma program is done on the basis of their merit in the qualifying examination.
