Yes, an Indian student who studied in Nepal and completed 12th Science with grade A is eligible for B.Sc Nursing in India, provided she has studied Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as core subjects. Most nursing colleges in India accept students from recognised foreign boards if they meet the subject and marks criteria (usually 50% in PCB). She may also need to appear for entrance exams like NEET or state-level nursing entrance depending on the college requirements. Eligibility is valid in her case.

A minimum of 45% aggregate is required in these subjects. On the other hand, reserved category students (SC/ST/OBC) must have a minimum of 40% aggregate.
