Though it completely depends on the individual institution's policies, it's highly unlikely you'll get a full refund on your college fees after 6 months in the program, as most colleges have policies that significantly deduct refund amounts after a certain period, especially when the classes have started.

The B.Sc Nursing admission form of Era University is available in the official university website. There should be a section of typing either Admissions or Admission Forms, in that section they generally post a link where you can download the current academic session UG application form. You may also access an Apply Online package on their admissions page. Moreover, websites about studying that include  Shiksha tends to offer direct links or specifications regarding how to apply to the B.Sc Nursing programme in Era University.

Unfortunately, even if your aggregate percentage meets the AIIMS B.Sc Nursing eligibility criteria, if you have not passed your Chemistry theory exam, you are likely not eligible. AIIMS B.Sc Nursing eligibility explicitly requires a pass in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English individually, along with the aggregate percentage, from a recognised board. Not passing even one core subject's theory paper would usually disqualify you. You must clear all subjects to meet the fundamental eligibility criteria.

Indeed, you are most likely to be eligible to do B.Ed course in St. Thomas College of Education (which most probably is the same St. Thomas College you are talking about, there are two other St. Thomas Colleges in Delhi/NCR). The B.Ed qualification normally needs a Bachelors degree (your B.Sc. Nursing) with a minimum of 50 percent aggregate marks. Although teaching methodology might require a certain subject in some of the institutions, a B.Sc. Nursing degree would suffice in getting admission into B.Ed, so you can start pursuing your career in that field after graduation.

Once you qualify a B.Sc. Nursing entrance examination, the process of completing the admission will follow by the next step generally involved in the activity are counselling, verification of documents, and payment of fee. The minimum qualification for all the B.Sc. Nonetheless, the majority of the government colleges and prestigious institutions do require such an exam as NEET, AIIMS Nursing, or state entrance
