The board is yet to announce the BSEB Matric exam pattern for the 2023-24 session. However, based on last year's exam pattern, two types of questions are asked in Bihar Board 10th exams. These two types of questions are multiple choice questions (MCQ) and Non-MCQs such as short answer type questions and long answer type questions. Total 50 marks are distributed for objective-type questions. On the other hand, theoretical-type questions have a total of 50 marks. To pass the BSEB 10th exams, students need to secure a minimum of 30% in all individual subjects.

The Bihar School Examination Board is yet to announce the class 10 exam pattern. According to the last year's exam pattern, a total of two types of questions are asked in the exam which are MCQs and Non MCQs. A total of 100 MCQs are asked in the exam, of which, the students need to attempt 100 questions. On the other hand, a total of 38 non-MCQs are asked in the BSEB class 10 exams. Out of which, the students need to attempt 19 questions.

As of now, the board has not released the BSEB 10th Exam Pattern 2025. However, the board is not expected to make any major change in the Bihar Board Matric exam pattern. In case any changes are made for the academic session 2024-25, we will update the same here as well. In 2023, the board made some changes to the BSEB class 10 exam pattern. As per the exam pattern released in 2023, every subject will now have 50% objective-type questions or MCQ while 50% will have subjective-type questions.

The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) releases the Bihar Board 10th exam pattern 2026. It is released in the form of BSEB 10th model paper. The students can refer to the Bihar Board 10th exam pattern for the preparation of the exam. We have provided Bihar Board class 10 exam pattern on this page. Of course not! You can prepare for the Bihar Board Class 10 exams without coaching. Self-study is sufficient for better performance in the BSEB Matric exams 2024. Bihar Board schools also cover the entire syllabus of class 10 exams. You need to prepare and follow a daily study routine so that you can complete your exam preparation before the exam. However, there are many students who prefer to join coaching institutes for exam preparation. Coaching institutes also cover the syllabus as prescribed by the state board. Even after taking coaching classes, the students are required to spend time on self-study as it is the most crucial part
