Allahabad State University (formerly known as Prof. Rajendra Singh University) doesn't offer the BUMS (Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery) program. However, the State Unani Medical College (SUMC) located in Prayagraj, which is affiliated with Prof. Rajendra Singh University, does offer the BUMS program.
