No, MBA stands for Masters in Business administration which itself includes at least little numerical. In MBA HR, you might find little finance or accounts, however, little numerical will be there. For the first year of MBA, you will have to study the basic finance.

Hello Akash,
Eligibility of the Master of Business Administration [MBA] (Business Economics).
The minimum eligibility for MBA (BE) is at least 50% marks in graduation in any discipline. However, certain institutes give preference to candidates with a background in commerce and economics.
I hope this will help you.
Thank you.

Dear Manish,
That's very fascinating problem that you have passed commerce and hates all the core subject viz, accounts, economics, and business. Since you are interested in Maths only. There is no subjects in the continuation of Commerce, which does not includes all these. So, you have to compromise and along with Maths, you have to study at least one other these. The best options could be Maths & Finance Hope, this helps. Ask any query any time.

As per my consideration, you can do MBA in finance management. Because this field concern with finances and how to manage it and plus you are a mechanical engineer so you have good knowledge of numerical and maths. It is daily life applicable course which will also help you in your daily curriculum activities. You will also get boosted in your career after pursuing MBA in finance management.

For MBA in Business Economics I would suggest you two colleges, Dept. of finance - Delhi University and Indian Statistical Institute. They are the renowned colleges for these fields. For this you need to give CAT or ISI exam. Since you have 3+ year of working experience, you will surely be preferred.
