At that low score, it is impossible to get admission into any good college. The cutoff generally is at least 80 percentile. I suggest you reappear for CAT and score well.

Hello,
Yes, you can get admission on a provisional basis. The college gives a deadline before which one has to submit all the pending documents, else the admission is canceled. You can talk to the admission officials of the concerned college (s) for any further queries.
