Looking at your profile, you can get admission in KJ Somaiya, it is known for it's PGDM course.

You have a decent chance, but it will take a lot of hard work, if you are Shortlisted for GDPI round.

IBS-Hyderabad, Woxen University, Athena College, Amity, LM Thapar and Alliance are some good colleges to which you can apply.

I got around 164, even I checked the percentile. I guess it will be around 65-70%ile.

13%ile is very low. The better option is to take CAT again next year or else fill-up forms of CET exam and aim for a high percentile.

The eligibility criteria for PGDM in Banking& Finance is a Graduate Degree with not less than 50% marks, (final year students may also apply).
As you have not mentioned here the marks obtained at graduation level but if it is more than 60% than hope can be remains for your admission.

No, they do not accept CMAT score. Only CAT score is applicable.

There is not so much difference as it is an aptitude test only.
