Yes, MBA from a good college will give you opportunities to get into a good organisation. It's not only about the good college, but also individual's performance. A good academic profile during MBA and well performed in internship will definitely open opportunities in final placements. Good college repo will bring good companies for placements.

CAT cut off for IISC is around 95 percentile. And apart from CAT percentile academic profile is also considered. At 50 percentile its going to be difficult to get into IISC - Department of Management Studies.

It may vary from institution to institution, as you may explore the site of a particular institution, so that you can get complete details before taking admission. For MBA according to me, private institutions may charge around INR. 70,000 to INR. 80,000 per semester on an average.
