Hi, CAT is required for management studies in India, it is not for job purposes, neither India not abroad. If you want to study US or canada take SAT for Bachelor degree. You must also take IELTS. After completing studies you can work for a year or so.

Our own country India is the best country to pursue MBA in finance. Clear CAT and try for Iims. Also, there are many B-Schools which offer MBA in Finance.

GIM offers electives, without forcing a major or minor on students, so whether to pick up enough subjects to call it a major is choice of a student. A significant no of students do major in Operations. Many enggs with prior experience in Operations like to take Ops major. Operations major has a range of electives- core operations, supply chain management, and Information Technology. Students look for the roles in large corporate, IT service providers and consultancy organizations.

No, there are more colleges apart from IBS. IBS is one of the colleges for MBA. You can also try for IIMs, Narsee Monji, Symbiosis, Xavier's, IMT, etc.

Hi!
Scope is really good. India's airlines industry is very rich and very mismanaged. There are lot of reforms that need to come. A lot of airports are to be made across India. Opportunities are a lot it depends on how you grab them and act upon them.
